Anger can be an important tool, but women are frequently taught ineffective ways to deal with anger. In this dynamic six week course, you will have the opportunity to explore the origins of your anger and understand how to use anger as a tool to create lasting change. This course will also focus on developing real-world conflict resolution and communication skills.
